Shipments are arranged by means of express courier. The base service does not include any delivery insurance. myHermes Srl does not accept any responsability for problems incurred during shipments and delivery realized by courier. In case of problems you are invited to contact directly the courier customer service.
It is possible to add, during the order phase, an insurance to the shipments.
Shipments are usually delivered in 24/48 hours from the parcel departure. Anyway delays can be due to unwanted circumstances (such as weather conditions, heavy traffic, act of public authority).
Extra-UE shpiments can be affected from duties and taxes, applied directly at the destination country. myHermes Srl does not accept respnsabilities for duties and taxes that will be paid directly from the customer.
